Monatrea Coast Guard Cottage is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Equipment is mostly stored and so the cottage is also suitable for letting without kids.
The house measures approx 1400 sq ft. and is entirely available for guests to use -6 guests3 bedrooms5 beds1.5 bathrooms. There are three outdoor areas – large gated child safe patio with glass railings and sea views beside the kitchen. Lower patio with hot tub and sea views – this has no gate but is separate from the child safe patio. Finally, sunken sheltered backyard – perfect for sunbathing on a windy day. Between the three areas you can catch whatever sun there is from sunrise to sunset!
The living areas are upstairs to maximise the views.
