David Kelly Partnership – Chartered Engineers was was founded in 1987 by David Kelly. Since then the company has delivered thousands of projects, ranging from minor structural alterations of existing buildings to multi-storey steel and concrete-framed residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
The practice has a particular interest in the conservation of historic buildings, monuments and sites, with a substantial body of work in that area.
