The coffee passion at Boardwalk Coffee is in the bean. Only the highest quality crops, sourced directly from sustainable small coffee farms around the world are selected. The beans are harvested by selective picking, which is done by hand when the cherries containing the green beans are ripe. The beans are then stored at controlled temperature and humidity until they hit the inside of the 2000+ roasters. Boardwalk Coffee is then roasted in small batches at the Roastery in the outskirts of Youghal, giving us our Speciality Coffee.
