Youghal Ailbrin society never ceases to produce the wonderful topics and engaging speakers.
The societies April talk is no exception. On this occasion Rev. Canon Peter Rhys Thomas will present the talk.
Rev Canon Peter was born in Dublin. After university he sought work in England. He returned to become the first human resource manager in the Irish Times. He was ordained in 1972 and served in parishes in England and Ireland, becoming rector of Youghal in 1993.
Rev Canon Peter was involved in Community Radio Youghal both as a presenter and managing director. In 1996 he was accolade of Youghal Community Person of the Year. Some years ago Rev. Rhys Thomas spoke at the Ailbrin Society on his experience of the paranormal. He is trained in the deliverance-exorcism-ministry. Among his many interests are writing genealogy & gardening.
On this occasion at the Ailbrin society Rev. Canon Peter will speak on Free Masonry. His interest in freemasonry is more recent and his knowledge is enthusiastic but not encyclopaedic
Of course, the usual discussion and socializing post talk makes evenings such as these so charming.
