AMAZING 1st PRIZE OF €2,000 IN LOCAL VOUCHERS!
Youghal Traders have launched their fantastic FREE SUPER DRAW in Youghal this Christmas. Local traders, in conjunction with CRY104FM, came together to support the 2016 Shop Local Campaign. The traders have very generously donated vouchers from their own businesses for the Free SUPERDRAW as a way of saying ‘Thank You’ to all of their customers. Each customer will have FREE entry to the SUPER DRAW with purchases of €20 and over in all participating businesses.
1st prize will be an amazing €2000 in Local Vouchers, 2nd Prize is €500 in Local Vouchers, 3rd Prize is a voucher for a private group tour of the stunning Clockgate Tower for 20 people and there will also be runner up prizes of local vouchers to the value of €100 each.
Chamber President Mr Nick Ryan stated “We need to get the message out about the importance of supporting local businesses especially during the Christmas season. The Chamber are delighted with the response and generosity from the traders here in Youghal, the free SUPERDRAW is not just a way of encouraging people to ‘shop local’ but also to say ‘thank you’ to the customers for their continued support.”
The winners of the SUPERDRAW will be drawn live on CRYFM104 Christmas Week.
The SUPERDRAW is part of a number of initiatives that the Chamber have planned to encourage Christmas shoppers to Youghal. This included the very successful “Switch On” of the Christmas lights on Saturday the 26th of November where every child got to meet Santa in his Grotto and received a Free Gift. The Shop Local Initiative also includes a Christmas Shop Window Competition. Traders are being very creative with their windows which adds to the festive atmosphere and helps make Youghal a wonderful place to be this Christmas. The winner will receive the fantastic prize of one month’s free advertising with CRY104FM, a very worthwhile prize! The shop windows will be independently adjudicated and the winners will be announced live on CRY104FM Christmas Week.
